Contact me about creating a special piece for you!

To me, sculpture is just as much a cathartic process as it is an expressive one

About Rhonda

I’m a sculptor who was born and raised in the countryside of Kandos, NSW. Now based on NSW's Central Coast, I create sculptural pieces characterised by clean, geometric lines in my preferred materials; stainless steel, Corten steel and wood. Past works have also incorporated a variety of materials including fibreglass, acrylic, copper, wire and stone.

Sculpture On The Hill – Rylstone

Heading back to Rylstone and there is a buzz in the air and the smell of side show alley. The annual Ag Show is on and we are perched up on 'The Hill' with a birds eye view overlooking a hive of activity. Horse events, dog jumping, pets on parade, a pavilion filled with arts, crafts and [...]

The Story of “Elements” – Now on display at SYDNEY EYE HOSPITAL, Nov 2 – Dec 7, 2016.

The collection of works, titled ‘Elements’, is an expression of sensory experiences had whilst traveling from the lush south coast, to the mid west arid region of NSW during October 2016. Garden / birdbath - it was a logical train of thought but needed to [...]

“Prism of Life” – HIDDEN Rookwood Cemetery Sculpture Walk 2016

Rookwood Cemetery is Australia's oldest, largest and most multi-cultural cemetery, steeped in historical and cultural significance. The HIDDEN sculpture trail was developed as a way of promoting community engagement as well as a way of debunking the notion that cemeteries are dark, dingy, and intimidating. In fact, Rookwood is an absolutely fascinating place to visit [...]

“Abundance” – SCULPTURE IN THE PADDOCK, Yass 2016

Sculpture in the Paddock is the brainchild of Sculptors Al Phemister and Duncan Waugh as part of the 2013 YASSarts arts weekend, and is held on the grounds of "Cooma Cottage" just outside the township of Yass, each year. With it's rolling hills and gorgeous scenery, the site is a perfect setting to showcase both [...]
